The HAYES CG Series is our commercial-grade heating iron. It is suitable for joining a variety of thermoplastic pipes and fittings (from 1/2" CTS to 2" IPS) for different applications in the industry. This machine can weld pipe made of Polyethylene (PE, HDPE, MDPE), Polypropylene (PPR), Polybutene (PB). This pipe welder tool is a 110V with an easy-to-use dual digital display. You can switch the temperature mode between Fahrenheit and Celsius. The heating plate is made of aluminum alloy for heat preservation, capable of fusion pipe consistently with quality results. The internal board includes an electric circuit for more accurate and sensitive heat transference between the outside heating plate and the digital board. The internal controller can adjust to the environment temperature and it also has an ergonomic handle for ease of use. This tool kit is designed and manufactured according to the American international standard ASTM F2620.
