The Enerpac PUJ-1201B two-speed, three-way valve hydraulic electric pump is for lifting, bolting, or applying pressure at faster speeds and for longer periods of time than a hand pump in construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications that do not require load holding. It can advance a single-acting or a double-acting cylinder or power a hydraulic tool, and can hold a load. A non-adjustable internal pressure relief valve and an adjustable external pressure relief valve help protect the pump from overload. A thermal switch shuts down the motor when the oil temperature exceeds 150 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius). This two-speed pump is for applications where there is little or no load initially, but where increased force is needed when the load is applied. In the first stage, the pump supplies lower pressure with higher flow until a load is detected. Once a load is detected, the pump switches to the second stage, which supplies higher pressure and lower flow. The pump can start under full load and is intended for intermittent duty-cycle applications, such as punching. The pump's molded body helps protect it from damage due to bumps, abrasions, and contaminants, such as dirt and water. The valves have manual control to advance and retract a tool. It has a built-in handle for carrying the pump between locations. The pump has 3/8" National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded input and output ports for connecting to a hose or gauge (sold separately). A pendant switch controls the motor and valves, and the switch has a 10-foot cord to allow the operator to control the pump from a distance. The pump has a 5-foot power cord.Specifications Maximum operating pressure, first stage 200 pounds per square inch (psi) Maximum operating pressure, second stage 10,000 psi Maximum output flow rate per minute, first stage 200 cubic in. Maximum output flow rate per minute, second stage 20 cubic in. Usable oil capacity 1 gallon (231 cubic in.) Motor Rating 0.5 horsepower, universal Motor current 9 amp at 10,000 psi and 12,000 revolutions per minute Motor voltage 115V Maximum operating temperature 150 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius) Output valve type Three-way, two-position Power source 15 amp/120V, 50/60 Hertz, grounded, single-phase Operating noise level 85 to 89 decibels (dBA) Weight 31 lb. Dimensions 14.72 x 14.5 x 12.18 inches (H x W x D) H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from back to front.Hydraulic pumps lift, bolt, or apply pressure to objects by pressurizing and moving hydraulic fluid. A hydraulic pump consists of a base, a reservoir that holds hydraulic fluid, and an operating mechanism, such as a handle or foot pedal, an electric motor, compressed air, or a gasoline engine. When the operating mechanism is activated, pressurized hydraulic fluid from the reservoir is delivered through an attached hose to a hydraulic cylinder. The pressurized hydraulic fluid in the cylinder lifts the cylinder’s piston, which in turn lifts the load. Hydraulic hand pumps are usually made of steel, or aluminum and nylon, and can be single-speed or two-speed. They are used in a wide range of applications, such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance and repair applications in both industrial and home settings. Enerpac manufactures industrial hydraulic equipment for lifting, workholding, and other applications, and provides integrated lifting solutions for bridge construction, mining, shipbuilding, and other industries. The company, founded in 1959, is headquartered in Menominee Falls, WI.

  • Hydraulic electric pump for lifting, bolting, or applying pressure with a hydraulic cylinder (sold separately) at a faster speed and for longer periods of time than a hand pump
  • Advances and releases a single-acting cylinder or powers a hydraulic tool, and can hold a load
  • Internal and external pressure relief valves help prevent pump overload, and thermal switch shuts off motor when oil temperature exceeds 150 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Two-speed pump requires fewer cycles to move a load than a similarly rated single-speed pump, increasing productivity
  • Maximum operating pressure rating of 10,000 pounds per square inch (psi)
